US carriers are selling the Galaxy S24 for free

Pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series have begun through American carriers Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Xfinity Mobile, and they will deliver the new flagships to customers for free or at significant discounts under certain conditions. Verizon customers can trade in any old Samsung phone, regardless of condition, and get a free Galaxy S24 or Galaxy S24 Plus with the carrier's unlimited plan. The situation is different when it comes to getting the Galaxy S24 Ultra, as Verizon isn't giving it away completely for free, instead dropping the price of the phone down to around $300. Samsung is also giving away a Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Tab, though customers must be on an active carrier plan to take advantage of the offer.
