Apple: Do not put wet iPhones in rice bags

Apple's new support document says not to put a wet iPhone in rice. iPhone 15 and iPhone 14 phones are more resistant to water penetration compared to old models, But they are still vulnerable to water. One of the common recommendations on the internet for drying the phone is to put it in a bowl full of rice. Internet advice says to unplug the phone, turn it off, dry the water with a towel, and then leave it in a bowl of rice for two to three days to drain excess water from the device.
